The discussers would like to thank the authors for developing optimal water allocation model for irrigation community. However, the discussers would like to add a few points: Developing water allocation in heterogeneous cases of irrigation community is the proposal being developed in this paper. However, the meaning of homogeneous or heterogeneous group was not defined clearly in this research. Homogeneous or heterogeneous groups have at least two main different meanings with respect to physical condition (e.g., soil, crop) and managerial condition (e.g., irrigation management) (Singh et al. 2006; Noory et al. 2011).
