摘要

The issue and acceptance of a bill of lading means the emergence of the bill of lading contract being the original contract for the shipper that can be transferred to any third party holder.There is a need for transparency and openness in applying the technological matters in order to be easy the circulation of e-bills of lading globally.Digital documents of title can be created by AI and AAI technology, transferred and checked for their correctness within seconds by a click of a mouse and so the entire document transfer is noticeably accelerated. Thus, an AI system can easily accommodate the functionality of bills of lading and not mentioning the capacity of AAI technology that automatically will issue the needed document such as an e-bill of lading contract.
