VOIP: THE TIME HAS COME

There is little doubt that Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies have made considerable progress in terms of quality and features since they were first introduced nearly a decade ago. Yet, apart from low-cost international calling, these technologies have not been widely deployed, and the potential remains largely untapped to this day. There are signs that VoIP is about to emerge from its prolonged adolescence.
