The Value of Document Delivery: Where We Are 15 Years Later

Document delivery from a commercial provider is a service offered by Wichita State University Libraries as a convenience to faculty and staff. As the oversight of the service changed hands and as the budget shrank, it was time to re-evaluate the service.
