Conviction for imitation of a well-known trade mark: cover registration provides no cover

The Barcelona Court of Appeal has confirmed the conviction by Barcelona Trial Court, no. 23, of the importer of thousands of garments which imitated Giorgio Armani's eagle device trade mark, even though the importer invoked the protection of a cover registration.
