River Basin Planning for Irrigation Projects

摘要

This paper describes a method to plan the location of several project sites making the best use of the available water and land in a particular river basin. A new concept of 'planning diagram 'and 'balance point' is introduced in the planning process to arrive at the correct sites for the projects and for fixing their scope.
