摘要

We now release the second issue of the twelfth volume of the Information Security Research.In the opening paper on "VANET-based Protocols for Intelligent Transport Systems",the au-thors to use the Intelligent Transport Systems effectively, have deployed various VANET based protocols. In this paper they further have introduced the protocols that can sense the adverse weather conditions.In the second paper on "The Outage Capacity Evaluation of Wireless Communication Channel",the authors have presented the outage capacity evaluation of wireless communication channel. The authors have completed the experimentation and presented the derived analytical expres-sions, which shown and influence of various performance parameters on outage capacity.
