摘要

Emergency vehicles routing optimization problem, a class of multi-objective optimization problem, is affected by multiple factors. In order to improve the efficiency of the emergency rescue, a multi-objective vehicle routing optimization model, which is based on both the shortest rescue time and the lowest rescue cost, is established after analysing its influencing factors. Then the methods and steps of the simulated annealing algorithm are designed, according to the characteristics of the model. Finally, the paper analyse the rationality and the scientific of the model and the algorithm by programming for an example with the use of Matlab. The results show that simulated annealing algorithm designed in this paper can gain more superior results than other intelligent algorithms.
机译:应急车辆路径优化问题是一类多目标优化问题,受多种因素影响。为了提高应急救援效率,分析了影响因素后,建立了基于最短救援时间和最低救援成本的多目标车辆路径优化模型。然后根据模型的特点设计了模拟退火算法的方法和步骤。最后,以Matlab为例,分析了模型和算法的合理性和科学性。结果表明,与其他智能算法相比,本文设计的模拟退火算法可以获得更好的效果。
