A New Algorithm for Decision Making under Uncertainty

Three-way Decisions is an effective way to deal with uncertainty problems. It becomes a popular research field since Three-way Decisions was proposed in 2009. Three-way Decisions has been used for long time in history, but its systematic theory research is recent things. Three-way Decisions divides universal set into three sections: positive, negative and uncertain, the uncertain part can be made decision again by collecting further new decision-making information until a satisfactory result. The formation of theory of Three-way Decisions is from the rough set theory and decision-making rough set theory. E-commerce payment decision-making is a typical application of it, this paper summarizes Three-way Decisions algorithm, gives several typical application examples, from which we can see the value of Three-way Decisions and how to carry out application of Three-way Decisions Model.
