Dear Members and Readers of Journal, On behalf of the Editorial Board, it is a great pleasure to present your this issue of Journal for Jan-March 2016, with warm greeting to all of you for the year 2016. On 21 st January 2016, IWWA Journal took a small leap with the inauguration of IWWA Journal archives at the hands of chief guest during the inauguration function of 48th IWWA Annual Convention, Mumbai. It should make all of us fill with little more sense of pride that we are moving with technology and soon should be fully online matching world reputed Journal standards on these aspects. Every IWWA member can log in with his/her membership mumber and can download articles from the archives and the current issue. The next activities are to make awareness of this utility in the academic and research circles and garner annual subscription memberships for which we solicit support from each of you.
