Dear Members and Readers of Journal, With great pleasure the Editorial board presents the last issue (eighth) of its tenure to members of IWWA and the readers working in Water Sector. Each issue was dedicated to the important subjects of water & waste water management. Some of the subjects of issues were Experience with technology for waste water management, Experience with water quality management, Storm water management, Integrated Water Cycle Management. Oct Dec 2018 was devoted for Case Studies. This is to provide an opportunity to record the work done by the engineers and professional working in Water Sector. +10000 members of IWWA have reach experience in the field and many achievements in their credit. One vary senior engineer (age 70) said that he worked on protection of ground water sources during flood. However he never recorded it and he did not have any written record with him. We are deprived from sharing his experience. Last two years Editorial Board put the best efforts for Developing Capacity in Technical Write Up. The Workshops on Capacity Building in Technical Write Up were conducted at Indore, Akola, Gwalior, Vadodra, Raipur & Pune. Participants learned the Technical Writing Skill in the workshop. However they cannot come out of their routine work to convert their experience into the Technical Paper. Editorial board once again appeal to members of IWWA to make a beginning in writing the technical paper for recording of our work done.
