NAHRO Responds to Reports of 'Rampant' PH Mismanagement

Today, more than 6.5 million Americans have a home because of the work of public housing authorities. An October 28 Associated Press article would have us believe however that these same authorities are overrun with mismanagement, negligence and fraud. This is simply not the case. While waste and abuse should be rooted out wherever they exist, taking the transgressions of very few and extending them to an entire industry is misleading and unfair.
