Fund Created to Finance Multi-Family Green Affordable Housing along the East Coast

Citi Community Capital and Rose Investments are launching The Rose Green Cities Fund LLC, which will acquire and renovate existing multi-family properties with cost-effective green technologies and preserve their affordability for the long term. It will target locations in Connecticut, New Jersey and the Washington, D.C. metro area, and focus on Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credits and expiring use assets in need of renovation.
