The Long Branch (N.J.) Housing Authority is proceeding with plans to construct the final phase of the 52-unit, mixed-income Woodrow Wilson housing redevelopment project. Phase Ⅲ of the project will be developed by LBHA subsidiary Maestro Development and Pennsylvania-based development firm Pennrose Properties LLC. Of the 52 units, five will be market-rate, 1 2 will be traditional public housing, and 37 will be affordable tax credit units intended for those who earn between 30 to 60 percent of the area median income.
