R.I.P. PHILIP W. MILLER, 1935-2016

Philip W. Miller, longtime NAHRO member and former Executive Director of the Lake Charles Housing Authority, passed away on August 13, 2016. Mr. Miller was born in Jennings, Louisiana on July 27, 1935. In February 1948, at the age of 12, he entered Louisiana Boy's Village, where he was raised. He attended Iowa High School and then ULL (known as Southwestern Louisiana Institute at that time) and graduated with a BS in Accounting.
