Job Sharing: A Primer

In 2016, a New York Times article talked about a study where some employees were given total control of their schedules as long as goals were met (1). The group that was given total control, compared to traditional work, was happier and had less stress. Unfortunately, many employees believe that companies would not be supportive of alternative work schedules. More employees today want work-life balance, but how can that be achieved? One option is job sharing.
