U.S. DOT Letters of Interpretation of the Hazardous Materials Regulations

Interpretations that appear in this issue cover all the letters issued by the U.S. DOT in October and November 2003. DOT did not issue in the opinion of the publication's technical advisors any letters of interpretation that warranted further comment or explanation, hence we have not issued comments on any of these letters.
