Security Requirements for both DOT and TSA

This is the second half of an article addressing Security requirements enforced by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The last series covered DOT requirements. This paper will cover TSA requirements that can be found in 49 CFR 1580.1-203. Keep in mind this rule only applies to railroads and shippers transporting certain categories and quantities of rail security-sensitive materials. I will not cover all the requirements under this section but only highlight the most important issues.
