Review of Recent Special Permits: Hydrogen Fuel Cell SP Issued to Cover Gap with UN MR; Gasoline Mixtures; Flammable Aerosols; SP Modification for New LiBatt Technology

During the month of February, PHMSA issued a number of special permits, a number of which will be of interest to readers. In the following, we provide information on the recipient of the SP, information on the exempted regulation(s), packaging details and operational control requirements.
