Part 3 Report on the 56th Session of the United Nationals Sub-Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods

The following papers are necessarily not in the order listed in the agenda. This report picks up where the previous summary of the 56th Session of the UN SCOE left off. We will be addressing, in order, agenda items 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. Agenda Item 4 will be addressed separately. The reader is invited to go to http://www.unece.org/trans/danger/danger.html to download copies of specific papers of interest for more careful review. The writers have summarized briefly, and much more information is contained in the working documents and Informal Documents. Generally, working documents are discussed first and INF papers are discussed last, unless they are directly tied to a working document. Depending on timetable and length and numbers of interventions, all INF papers may not have been discussed. If any reader has particular comments or constructive input they are encouraged to contact this publication, the competent authority for your areas, or any of the appropriate NGOs.
