The Uniweld company offers propylene and propane in DOT Spec 39 non-refillable cylinders for highway transportation only. They package 24 cylinders; 24 propylene, 24 propane or 12 of each. Their Special Permit 13318 requires a strong outer packaging. Further the outer packaging is marked: 1. IMO 2.1 2. Inside Packages Comply with DOT SP 13318 3. OVERPACKED 4. There are check boxes for UN1075 Petroleum Gases Liquified and UN1077 Propylene that are checked depending on the hazmat in he package.
