This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor. Dr. Zhao Baowei, who is the corresponding author, has published two articles: Colloids Surf. A: Physicochem. Eng. Aspects 296 (2007) 167-173 and J. Hazard. Mater. B136 (2006) 513-519 without informing one of the co-authors. Moreover, these two articles show close resemblance with a paper published in Chemosphere: "Solubilization of DNAPLs by mixed surfactant: reduction in partitioning losses of nonionic surfactant" Chemosphere 62 (2006) 772-779.
