This reply addresses a comment written in response to a recent article by the authors. The article describes computing frequency responses and uncertainties in real time. The comment raises issues that CIFER does not use Welch's method, and that guidelines for designing effective frequency sweeps are different than stated in the article. These issues have been addressed in this reply.
