The writers would like to thank Professor Holtz for his kind remarks and his interesting observations of his use of the NGI 95-mm sampler. He queries our recommendation that future work should involve use of a 75-mm thin-walled sampler, asking "why develop a completely new sampler when you already have an excellent 95-mm-diameter sampler available?"
