Volume 82 of the Journal of Food Protection, published in 2019, contained 2,215 pages and 252 articles, which included 232 research papers and notes, and 20 mini-review, review, and general interest papers (Table 1). By comparison, Volume 81 published in 2018 contained 2,092 pages and 255 articles, which included 243 research papers and notes, and 12 mini-review, review, and general interest papers. Thus, Volume 82 contained three fewer articles than Volume 81.
