Authors' response to Letter to Editor sent by Ken R. Morison regarding article 'Inactivation of Clostridium sporogenes spores on stainless-steel using heat and an organic acidic chemical agent' by J. Lee and M.A. Pascal! [Journal of Food Engineering 110(2012)493-496]

We would like to thank Dr. Morison for his interest in our work (Lee and Pascall, 2012) and his insightful observations. The following is our response to Dr. Morison's comment: We agree that it would be best to publish all the ingredients used in formulating the sanitizing compound that was tested in our study (Lee and Pascall, 2012). This would allow another researcher to formulate their own version of the sanitizer and thus allow for repetition of the experiment. However, due to proprietary reasons we are prohibited from publishing the entire list of ingredients.
