The Seventieth Annual Membership Meeting was held at the Hilton Atlanta Hotel on January 4, 2010 at 5:45 pm. Executive Secretary and Treasurer David Pyle reported on the sound financial status of the organization and of the Fischer Black Prize Fund. The Association's business relations with Wiley-Blackwell, Berkeley Electronic Press (supplier of the online Journal submission system), and JSTOR remain good. The 2010 Annual Program Management was provided by SSRN. He then turned the meeting over to President Darrell Duffie. President Duffie welcomed the members. The results of the 2009 election for the year beginning at the end of this meeting were reported as:
