We have succeeded to give the exact answer to the simple life in these reports Part Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ. "Simple" means that the target of the life is a single feature of "Auto-replication". One of the big gains of this theory is the discovery of many lives in the artificial events. There remain, however, still many problems beyond the simple life which should be made exact. The first is of course the mind and thinking, followed by the soul and the spirit, and then many imaginary events and metaphysical problems. The sources of the difficulty seem to lie in the following three, i.e. non-observability, too big complexity, and too abstractive or super-imaginary property. Our ultimate desires are to give "exact" answer to these problems. We have found fairly promising rules, which we call "Quartet and Sextet Rules", which is the main purpose of Part Ⅳ. This is a "philosophico-mathematical rule for simple integer" underlying in the hierarchy formation of matters and events. Using this rule we are reporting now two new concepts, i.e. the "second life condition" due to the introduction of the diverging coherency, and the "second neocortex" in the brain as the center of the creativity, the speculation and the longevity. In the last section predictive considerations are given preliminarily, which will be discussed in detail in Part Ⅴ.
