摘要

Gas and liquid mass transfer in a bubble column with porous ceramic gas distributor was investigated. The porous ceramic disc of our self-made was used as a gas distributor to compare with commercial products made of sintered glasses. The volumetric gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient was determined by the dynamic method. We found that the volumetric mass transfer coefficient (k_L a) measured from our discs is higher than that of commercial product, especially in the low gas flux region (Ug<1 cm/sec). Experimental results showed that the volumetric mass transfer coefficient was significantly effective in pore size of the gas distributor. The k_L a value decreased with increasing pore size of a distributor.
