Contributions For The Perfection Of Thermal Treatments Of Milk On The Primary Processing Lines Through The Use Of Thermal Tubes

The primary process of milk requires heating operations and repeated cooling, for which are used different types of heat exchangers. In the paper is proposed the use of heat exchangers with thermal tubes, which efficiency is higher compared with the other technical equipments used for this purpose. The adaptation of thermal tubes on heat exchangers in milk industry requires researches related to the constructive shape, content and possibility of implementing these exchangers on the technological flows existent in different units for the primary milk processing.
