INFLUENCE OF ECOLOGICAL TOURISM INDUSTRY INCENTIVE SYSTEM ON THE MORALE AND SATISFACTION OF JOB

As faced with globalisation, internationalisation, popularisation and marketisation, all industries are growing rapidly. In recent years, the ecological tourism industry has become an emerging industry, which will have a great impact on human life and civilisation. With the rapid changes in the overall economic environment, it is necessary to maintain appropriate flexibility in terms of organisational structure or manpower application, so as to adjust the use and scheduling of the overall resources at any time. This paper is mainly aimed at the employees of the ecological tourism industry in Shandong Province. A total of 480 questionnaires were sent and 322 valid questionnaires were collected. The recovery rate was 67%. The results show that: (1) The incentive system has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction; (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on job morale; (3) The incentive system has a positive influence on job morale. This paper proposes suggestions based on the results, and hopes to help the ecological tourism industry in China to design better management measures and provide an organisational culture that is enough to motivate employees morale, which will be one of the important keys to improve the organisational performance.
