摘要

Large amounts of data about activities affecting the environment, as well as about environmental impact assessment, require application of procedures for their organisation and processing. Comprehensive view is based on consideration of technical and organisational aspects, different stakeholders opinions and continuous compliance with regulations. In this paper, the conceptual model for environmental data and knowledge management based on the application of virtual collaborative platform and tools for the analysis of environmental data is presented. The method is focused on the efficient exchange of data and knowledge management, information sharing, infrastructure development, and resource management. The main advantage of proposed architecture is the ability to fast and efficient exchange the knowledge and research in the field of safety, which allows more accurate environmental assessment and decision-making. By applying the method of system risk analysis and multi-criteria group decision making, the key factors, based on the secure exchange of information and active participation of users are identified.
