(NYSE: ES) announced that it and an affiliate, EnergySolutions DiversifiednServices, Inc. formerly known as Nukem Corporation, (collectively "EnergySolutions") filed a lawsuitnagainst Kurion Inc. and two former EnergySolutions employees now employed by Kurion to enforcencontractual and intellectual property rights related to EnergySolutions' waste treatment and vitrificationntechnologies.
