Sasol North America Inc. Selects Univation's UNIPOL(TM) PE Process for 450 kta Polyethylene LL/HD Swing Plant

2013 MAR 20 (VerticalNews) -- By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Journal of Engineering -- Univation Technologies, LLC announced that Sasol North America Inc. ("Sasol") has selected Univation's UNIPOL™ PE Process for its petrochemical project at Sasol's Lake Charles site in Louisiana, USA. The 450 kta LL/HD swing polyethylene plant will be capable of producing a broad product portfolio including metallocene LLDPE. This will be the second UNIPOL™ PE Process plant for Sasol and its affiliates. The first one has been in operation in Sasolburg, South Africa since 1983.
