Energy Conservation Education: Major Considerations

I would like to make a few remarks about the problems that might be included in a program of education regarding energy conservation. Let me, before I start, define what I mean by energy conservation, because there are many interpretations. The meaning with which I will be using the words is the achievement of a task with equal or less cost than today, but using less energy. Things that do not satisfy this idea do not belong to the discussion that I will be having.
