Eiki Corp. has released a new LCD projector, the LC-SXG400, which is equipped with SXGA+ (1,400 × 1,050) high-resolution panels. High-resolution LCD projectors are required in design, medical, and other specialized fields or in various business areas where a high level of precision is needed, such as architectonics and virtual reality. The new model carries a new optical engine that uses three SXGA+ panels with 1.47 million pixels. Employing 330W NSHA lamps, the product achieves high brightness of 4,200 ANSI lumens and a contrast ratio of 1,300:1. This model accommodates projection screens of 30- to 300-inch size, responding to a wide variety of needs.
