The House Armed Services Committee (HASC) has released its report accompanying the FY2014 Defense Authorization Bill, which it sent to the House floor last month. Below are some of the EW- and SIGINT-related highlights. As the Marine Corps transitions from use of the EA-6B Prowler to the F-35B and other aircraft carrying electronic warfare (EW) pods, the committee recommended that the Marine Corps also develop EW capabilities for unmanned aerial systems (UAS).
