摘要

Eighteen Swiss albino male adult mice weighing 20-25 g, were exposed to two different type of mosquito ― mats containing 4 % D―Allethrin without synergist and 2% D― Allethrin with synergist (2 % Piperonyl butaoxide) for 6 continuous hours for 21 days and body weight and biochemical changes (SGOT, S.GPT Alkaline phosphate and LDH) have been observed. Significant changes in their body weight were observed in 4 % D ― Allethrin and 2 % D ― Allethrin with 2 % Piperonyl butaoxide synergist containing mats. It also produced significant increase and decrease in biochemical changes (SGOT, SGP.T, ALP & LDH).
