This paper adds to the growing family of DSGE models that incorporate an array of rigidities and other modeling innovations that transform a canonical frictionless RBC model into a living, breathing policy model boasting complex dynamics and reasonable empirical fit. In many respects, the model sits comfortably in the class represented by models such as Smets and Wouters (2003) or Onatski and Williams (2004).
