摘要

The current research trends focus on the popularization and application of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) structures in civil engineering. So far, the damage evolution mechanism of RAC structures has been investigated and reviewed by few engineering researchers and practitioners. In this study, a classification criterion for earthquake damage for the RAC frame structure is put forward. The damage index-based limit state criterion is proposed, and the corresponding seismic performance level is established. The refined models based on the stiffness degradation and the cumulative dissipated energy, and the modified Park and Ang model are developed and compared with the experimental results.
