摘要

An iron oxide (Fe_3O_4) film, an iron hydroxide oxide (γ-FeOOH) film and a metal iron (Fe) film were prepared from aqueous solutions by using a reducing agent. Each film was deposited on a palladium-catalyzed self-assembled monolayer film formed on a silicon substrate. Fe_3O_4 and γ-FeOOH were obtained from an iron nitrate aqueous solution and a Fe film was deposited from an iron sulfate solution. Fe_3O_4 and Fe films had a coercive force of 150 and 95 Oe, a saturation magnetization of 85 and 190 emu/g, respectively. Deposition of these films was controlled by changing the pH and oxidation-reduction potential.
