While I am no history buff, a few years ago, I worked with a team to chronicle the history of cybersecu-rity law. My takeaway from that effort was quite compelling; while the term "cybersecurity law" itself is relatively novel, there are laws that predate "cyber" that are quite relevant to the cybersecurity body of law.
