Some time ago my good friend and IABTI member Captain Bob Lewis of the Collier County Sheriff's Office forwarded an article on sniping in the September-October 2015 issue of Detonator magazine that he wanted me to review. Reading the piece, I saw him swinging back and forth between military and law enforcement sniping breathlessly sharing stories like Craig Harrison's 2707 yard shots in Afghanistan and the berating the "gun culture" in America.
