REPRESENTATION OF L_1(R) BY FUNCTIONAL SERIES WITH ABSOLUTELY CONVERGENT COEFFICIENTS

In the wavelet theory the problem of representation of a space by functional series is usually posed for L_2(R). The paper poses the problem for the space L_1(R), and this essentially changes the situation. In particular, the series are not bases, and hence representations do not possess uniqueness property.
