Inclusion and Exclusion of Young Adult Migrants in Europe

Immigration is a topical issue in a globalised world. In this context, Europe proves to be an attractive destination for people who look for better living conditions. However, European states apply different policy mechanisms which are more or less in favour of immigrants. This most affects lives of young adults who in transitions to adulthood still have to form their personal identities and are exposed to influences of domestic, host and globalised cultures. The book under review explores in detail the main structural influences constraining or encouraging voung immigrants' oathwavs to adulthood.
