Expanding the Body of Knowledge: A World View

Study. Research. Learn. Sometimes on the path to discovery, we lose sight of what's at the end of the journey. As we delineate contributions to the Construction Engineering and Management (CEM) body of knowledge from our research, we need to focus on painting a broad, global perspective by applying findings to the industry as a whole, not just to a specific city or country. JCEM views, with some trepidation, investigations where data collection and analysis are exclusively limited to and based on one very specific geographic area.
