Review and publication procedures will be faster if authors follow the basic requirements listed here and at 1. Include e-mail addresses, phone, and fax numbers of all authors. 2. Restrict the length of titles to 100 characters and spaces. 3. Include each author's full name and Society membership grade (if applicable) immediately beneath the title. Each author's present title, affiliation, and complete mailing address must appear as a footnote at the bottom of the first page of the paper.
