Influences of NMMO Content in Coagulation Bath on Mechanical Proper- ties of Lyocell Fibers

The influences of the coagulation bath concentration in N -Methyl-Morpholine-N-oxide (NMMO) process on the maximum spinning speed and the mechanical properties (the moduls, the tenacity and the extension at break) of Lyocell fibers are investigated. The results show that the maximum spinning speeds decrease with the increasing coagulation bath concentration.
