Greetings Some points must be repeated to be really appreciated. One of them is an author's consideration for a journal selection. Please remember: Journal of Building Physics is an advanced journal publishing only papers of an archival character. There are two main reasons for rejecting papers during the submission stage: 1. The paper does not bring any new information in the field of research. 2. The paper uses computers simulation without experimental validation of the results. One of our board members wrote once in a review, "this is very well written, impeccable piece of research that should have never been undertaken in the first instance." The language in our rejection letter is much simpler: it only tells that the paper is inappropriate for publication. Please think twice if your paper qualifies as archival paper before you submit it.
