Modified technology of determination of components of index of solar activity makes it possible to discover the presence of similar components in the process of alternation of mean-hour values of planetary index of geomagnetic activity. Among them there are both cycles close by mean period to cyclic components of index of solar activity and other, including ones caused by motion of the Earth about the Sun and about their own axis.
